I'm not reading the manga, but from what I've heard they changed pretty much everything. So it's probably best that you start from the beginning.
Your taste in anime isn't a personality trait.
MAL is literally just anime Twitter as its own website lol.

Read from the start, everything is completely different, I mean the Manga and the Anime are almost different genres, also many characters are invented in the Anime for no good reason apparently.

The story in the manga is average for me, but I prefer the manga like 1000000x better than the anime, the anime made me realize that when everything looks bad, it can get worse.

1. The anime ends with them them having their first kiss together (if u want that go to chapter 37)
2. the anime and manga are completely different and they do things in different ways so you should just (start from the beginning it will be a different experience from the anime)
3. yuh know the dude at episode 9-10 yeh hes not in the manga
(but after chapter 37 its just fan service heaven not much story after dat)

For example, Shinpei, Keigo and Minoru don’t even get names until Volume 3, chapter 35. Nene also just randomly appears already acting like a gal rather than having a makeover after seeing Yukana and becoming jealous. I think Nene’s introduction in the first episode of the anime works better.
That said, the manga does definitively answer one thing I suspected but the anime just alludes to- Yukana is a virgin too, despite how much she teases Junichi about it!
